Students can learn about weight-lifting with the help of a personal trainer in Intro to Weight-Lifting. This beginners’ session at 5 p.m. Sun., Oct. 23  will be open to small groups of students who have limited or no prior experience with weight training. Register for a session and learn basic weight-lifting movements that include the leg press, bench press, squats, and how to use the racks.
