Did you know Lafayette provides a Medical Plan Supplement through Voya at no cost to you? If you are enrolled in Lafayette’s medical plan, this additional benefit provides reimbursements for eligible hospital admissions, emergency room visits, and wellness health screenings. This is an automatic benefit for employees enrolled in our medical coverage. There is no additional sign-up for Voya. Employees simply file a claim for the eligible services they incur to receive reimbursements.
