Visit the Open Enrollment website and click “Enroll Now” to complete the process by Nov. 18 for your 2023 benefits. Information related to your benefits for next year, including the benefits guide and online enrollment portal can all be found on the website to help you make the best decision for you and your family for 2023.

● For assistance with benefit plan and policy questions, the Benefits Resource Center (BRC), a service provided by the College’s benefits consultant, USI, is available. Please call 855-874-6699 (M-F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) or via email at BRCEast@usi.com.
● For assistance with the open enrollment process, please email the Office of Human Resources at hroffice@lafayette.edu or call at 610-330-5060 to schedule an appointment.
● If you need assistance with your Network ID or Password for the Online Enrollment Portal, please contact the Lafayette Helpdesk at 610-330-5501 or help@lafayette.edu. You will log in using your network credentials (ID and Password are the same ones used for your College email and Banner Self-Service logins).
