LaFarm invites all faculty to contact Josh Parr to incorporate the college farm into courses this semester. Here are a few ways to take advantage of this unique learning space:
– Bring classes out to the farm for a tour and work day.
– Provide an experiential learning opportunity related to your course topic.
– Invite Farmer Josh to give a guest lecture on agricultural topics in your classroom.
– Use LaFarm as a living laboratory for course projects and research (in the field or in our brand new greenhouse!)
