GROUP FIT PROGRAM
Group fit classes start Mon., Jan. 23. Classes offered include: Group Power, Yoga Tone, Yoga Flow, Zumba, HIIT, Boot Camp and Cycle 45. Check out the schedule and class descriptions.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Train in a small group with a personal trainer – focusing on different aspects of fitness for a well-rounded, full-body workout.
