All students are invited to participate in the National College Health Assessment (NCHA) survey, sponsored and distributed by the American College Health Association (ACHA). The survey is designed to assess student health behaviors in order to provide better services and support for Lafayette students. You will receive an email inviting you to participate in this important survey about a wide range of College health issues:
Please take the time to complete this survey. It is completely confidential and voluntary. The results will be used to help the College make critical decisions about health policies and allocation of resources.The information will be used to develop wellness programs and services for Lafayette College.
All students who submit a survey will be automatically entered in random drawings for $25 gift certificates!
