The Office of Sustainability will host Earth Month Keynote Speaker, Melanie Lino, in a baking demonstration April 3 at 2 p.m. in the Bergethon Room.
Participants will make a sourdough ciabatta loaf to bake at home and audience members can watch Lino in action and learn about her local ingredient sourcing and sustainable business practices. Register now before participant spots run out! Lino is co-founder of Bethlehem’s Lit Roastery & Bakeshop and the Executive Director of non-profit, Afros in Nature.
