Togetherall is an online, global, 24/7 community of ordinary people, moderated by clinical professionals, where individuals can get (or give) the mental health support they really need.

On Togetherall, there is no judgment. No stigma. This is an anonymous place where anyone can begin their journey towards better mental health. Someone, somewhere will know how you’re feeling right now, perhaps even have gone through it themselves. And, they’d love to hear your story.

How can this be helpful to me?

  1. Enhance your self-care—there are modules on self-compassion, social anxiety, friendship and belonging, and much more. You can access a personal journal and goal-setter feature.
  2. Connect with a larger community—you’ll find peer-to-peer support forums based on the areas that are salient to you. It’s easy to find others who are going through similar struggles—check out the Community tab.
  3. Improve your mental health—there are several self-guided courses on a variety of topics such as Managing Worry, Coping with Mood, Improving Your Sleep, Managing PTSD, Stop Procrastinating, etc. These groups are interactive and help you feel more in control of your emotional health.
