Construction at McCartney Student Housing Phase II

As part of the construction work for the McCartney Street Student Housing Phase II project, there will be a few logistics changes at the site taking place after Commencement:

  • Half of the parking lot on Clinton Terrace will be closed for a material laydown area (side closest to Cattell Street). The other half of the Clinton Terrace parking lot will remain open.
  • Part of Marquis Street (from Clinton Terrace to March Street) will be closed for the installation of underground utilities.
  • Additionally, the on-street parking around the construction area will be closed as well, due to the new sitework for the project.
