During the month of July, there will be temporary road closures around the McCartney Phase II housing project for underground utility installations. The dates below are weather dependent:
- Week of July 10: March Street and Clinton Terrace (between McCartney Street and Marquis Street) will have one lane of traffic open during the day, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Week of July 17: Clinton Terrace (between McCartney Street and Marquis Street) will be closed during the day, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Week of July 24: March Street (between McCartney Street and Marquis Street) will be closed during the day, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
