The College Store is concerned about textbook order shipping delays due to a looming UPS strike. Contract negotiations are still in process, but if a resolution is not reached by the end of July, there may be a strike.
Should this happen, it could cause substantial supply chain and delivery delays across all carriers and affect millions of customers. To help ensure student textbook orders are not negatively impacted by this possible issue, The College Store is encouraging everyone to place their orders as early as possible. The earlier students order, the more likely they are to avoid possible delays and receive their books before classes start.
