You may have noticed white composting buckets in Upper Farinon and Marquis near the dish drop off counter. In support of our waste diversion goal of 60% by 2035, you can now scrap ALL food (no bones) and napkins into the white buckets. Along with back of house food waste, scraps will be taken to Lafayette’s new composting vessel. Stay tuned for additional information about the relaunch of this important program.
