The Office of Residence Life is looking to hire student staff members for the spring. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors are eligible to apply. First-years can apply in the spring for the fall 2024 semester.
Resident advisors (RAs) are assigned to each residential community and charged with fostering relationships among and delivering services to the students there. RAs work with other residence hall and College staff to promote a welcoming environment that is conducive to learning and developing personal connections. Each building has a designated on-duty RA from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. who can respond to emergencies, report problems, and answer questions.
