SUBJECT: DEADLINE CHANGE FOR STUDENT PAYROLL PROCESSING FOR PAY PERIOD Oct. 28-Nov. 17, 2023
To coincide with the Thanksgiving holiday work schedule, the following change in the timesheet deadline will take effect so student payroll processing can be completed in a timely manner.
All student timesheets for pay period Oct. 28, 2023 – Nov. 17, 2023 need to be completed and submitted to your approver no later than 10 a.m. Sun., Nov. 19. All approvers need to have the timesheets approved no later than 10 a.m. Mon., Nov. 20.
Pay date will be Friday, November 24, 2023.
