LGBTQ + Economics and Policy

Christopher “Kitt” Carpenter’s talk will cover what is known about how many LGBTQ+ people there are in the United States, where they live, what their families look like, how much education they obtain, and how much money they make, all relative to cisgender heterosexual individuals. He will also discuss what is known about LGBTQ+ public policies, especially legal same-sex marriage.
