Friends of Historic Easton Cemetery is hosting the Green Trail 5K on Sun., May 5, and is seeking a few volunteers from 6:30 or 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. to assist with the following tasks:
- Picking up/managing trash
- Directing people at the front gate to the chapel
- Registering participants, handing out bibs, tending the starting line, and keeping cars out
- Setting up food/beverage and DJ tents
- Setting up the course
- Passing out food and beverages
- Serving as course marshals (cheering on the runners and helping direct them through the course)
- Passing out water
