Plans are in the works for a new campus eatery.
The goal is to establish new dining venues on the first floor of McCartney II by next fall. Dining Services and Parkhurst will partner to renovate the space, which is currently vacant.
But while the location is set, plans are just starting to take shape for what exactly will go in that space. Dining Services wants to get ideas from students, staff, and faculty on the style of food they want to see added to campus. Once the semester is underway, surveys and meetings will be offered to gather feedback.
