Community is essential! Looking for a space to share and support others? Want to learn ways to nurture yourself? This six-session, skills-based workshop is designed for BIPOC women/women of color to learn self-care strategies that promote emotional wellness and offer connection with other BIPOC women. Facilitated by Keiba Bragg-Best, staff counselor and outreach coordinator (who identifies as a BIPOC/WOC/PGM woman) and Alanna Rivera, doctoral trainee (who identifies as a WOC/PGM/Latina). The workshop will be held 4 p.m. Wednesdays in Grossman Library. The start date will be determined based on students’ availability.
