They say “no man is an island,” but everyone feels isolated or under-supported at times. Some of us may feel a need for more social connection, while others might be looking for constructive ways to deal with mental pressure or emotional difficulties. The Men’s Group at Lafayette College’s Counseling Center offers a relaxed and supportive environment for students seeking to discuss issues that are relevant to their lives. It is a compassionate and encouraging space with plenty of room for humor, conversation, and social bonding. The group facilitator is Devin Hussong, staff psychologist, and the day/time will be based on students’ availability. Request more information.
