Employee engagement survey to be shared next week

Over the summer, HR held listening sessions for staff across the College to share insights and feedback. To build on that work, HR has partnered with Energage, an independent research company, to conduct an employee engagement survey about your experience working at Lafayette. Employee responses from the listening sessions will be coupled with the results from the engagement survey to create recommendations for senior leadership consideration.

While the College’s primary goal is to hear from you and develop next steps in response, Lafayette has also been nominated as a Top Workplace, and Energage will use the same survey results to determine recognition for Lafayette as an employer. Within the next week, current faculty and staff will receive an email from survey@energage.com or support@energage.com with the subject line “Lafayette College Employee Engagement Survey.” The email will include a link to the survey, which takes about five minutes to complete. Responses will be collected through Mon., Oct. 19.

Your responses are confidential. Energage does not share identifying information with the College. Energage also uses survey results to determine its Top Workplaces’ local and national recognition.

HR looks forward to sharing a summary and next steps with the campus in the spring.

• If you don’t see the survey email within the next week, please check your spam or junk email for a message from “Energage Survey.” You may need to mark it as not spam before you can open it.
• Please do not forward the survey email. Each link is unique to you, so every person can respond only once.
