SUBJECT: REMINDER: DEADLINE CHANGE TO BI-WEEKLY PAYROLL PROCESSING FOR PAY PERIOD Nov. 4, 2023 – Nov. 17, 2023
To coincide with the Thanksgiving holiday work schedule, the following change in the timesheet deadline will take effect so payroll processing can be completed in a timely manner:
All timesheets for pay period 11/04/23 – 11/17/23 are to be completed, approved and submitted to the Controller’s office no later than Fri., Nov. 17, 2023 by 10 a.m.
Pay date will be Wed., Nov. 22, 2023.
